Tonight's test match has special meaning for 80-year-old Brother Michael Taylor.
It is the first time he's been to Eden Park for a test match since watching "the French play in the 80s".
A group of Old Boys from Sacred Heart College, where Brother Michael used to teach, are celebrating the beginning of his ninth decade by taking him to watch the All Blacks play Australia.
Most of the group were coached by Brother Michael in the 1960s
Chris Dunn helped to organise the celebration and said Brother Michael was an "amazing" 1st XV coach.
"He's just so astute," Mr Dunn said. "He saw things other people didn't see.
"He's just a very humble and understated sort of man, who's dedicated his life to the kids of Sacred Heart."
