LONDON - England begin the Robinson era tomorrow when coach Andy takes charge for the first time and new captain Jason leads the team out at Twickenham against Canada.
England feature just four survivors from the XV who started the World Cup final against Australia less than a year ago.
The fortunate quartet are fullback Robinson, named as captain in the absence of the injured Jonny Wilkinson, centre Mike Tindall, winger Josh Lewsey and hooker Steve Thompson.
Three more are on the bench, Will Greenwood, Ben Cohen and Ben Kay, alongside four other substitutes with just one cap between them.
Charlie Hodgson gets another chance to prove himself at first five-eighth, while the inclusion of in-form Henry Paul at second five-eighth and uncapped winger Mark Cueto indicate that coach Robinson is as good as his word when he says he wants to rediscover England's attacking flair.
The world champions have lost five of their past six matches but tomorrow draws a line under all that has gone before, as the new coach looks to build a new team for the future.
"It is our first game and it is important we look at ourselves and what we do," Robinson said.
"Our whole mindset is on how we start. We are looking for enthusiasm when we move the ball and when we defend."
And in a line straight from the Clive Woodward management manual, he added: "Our focus is for the players to be empowered with a real enthusiasm to play with real, flowing rugby."
His captain agreed. "We have no excuses now," said the first former league man to captain the rugby side. "Our standards have slipped and we have to get things back on track."
Despite the unfamiliar look to the team, England will expect to turn on the style against a team thrashed 51-6 by Italy last weekend, at the same time preparing themselves for the tougher tasks to come against South Africa and Australia.
Canada no longer possess the forward power and aggression they had under the likes of Norm Hadley and Al Charron and, having looked disorganised in defence against Italy, look set for another long, hard game.
The England pack should provide the platform for the backs to run in plenty of tries and, with the coach demanding instinctive rugby, it should be a day when the individual talents feel able to take some risks.
Livewire captain Robinson, never a man to take the safety-first approach, is revelling in the new atmosphere.
"What really excites me is the way Andy Robinson wants us to play, especially in attack," he said. "I'm looking forward to leading a team who want to cause some damage to Canada."
Canada coach Ric Suggitt has replaced injured first five-eighth Jared Barker and winger Mike Pyke. Ed Fairhurst moves from No 9 to 10 and David Moonlight starts on the wing.
Pat Fleck takes on the halfback duties with Ryan Smith starting at centre and Derek Daypuck at fullback.
In the pack, co-captain Mark Lawson is replaced at hooker by Aaron Abrams with Forrest Gainer getting a start alongside him.
"I think we have some good mobility and men who can run with the ball," said Suggitt. "We have reconstructed the backline because of poor performances last week.
"We have absolutely nothing to lose in this game, so we'll throw caution to the wind and see what happens."
A new chorus - And here's to you Messrs Robinson
