Australian rugby league captain Darren Lockyer and netballing counterpart Liz Ellis put on the charm offensive at Auckland's Viaduct Harbour yesterday.
The Kangaroos, who trounced the Kiwis 50-12 in the Anzac Day test, meet their rivals again tonight at Mt Smart stadium while the Australian netballers - fresh from their first win on New Zealand soil in five years - play the Silver Ferns at The Trusts Stadium in Waitakere.
"It's up to us now ... hopefully we can get two from two," said Lockyer.
But Ellis said any joint partying would have to wait until after the netballers' third test on Monday night.
