Halfback Stacey Jones has spoken out over the week of criticism he has faced over the Warriors' poor form.
Jones has been under fire due to a lack of direction and defensive weaknesses, with Herald league writer Peter Jessup calling for him to go.
He says he expected a bit of criticism, but it has been amazing how quickly people have chopped him down to size.
"From going back to the Manly game I think the Herald were the ones that put you right up there - and then when things don't go as to plan or how you want it to go, they cut you right down. So yeah, it's been a bit of a tough week."
He says the criticism is not worrying him.
"Maybe five years ago it would have been a bit of a worry, but look, at the end of the day my family still loves me and I think I've still got friends, so I just get on with it."
Jones admits his form is not quite where he wants it to be, but he cannot worry about what other people say when his coach is keeping faith in him.
