Warriors prop Sam Lisone has not been charged by the NRL match review committee for the stray knee that knocked out Cronulla five-eighth Fa'amanu Brown.
The incident occurred in the second-half of Friday's 26-12 NRL loss to the Sharks at Mt Smart Stadium, after a Lisone run that left Brown heavily concussed and in need of on-field attention by medical staff.
After a lengthy stoppage in play the Cronulla playmaker left the ground on a medicab and was taken to hospital before being cleared of serious injury and he may be available to play in next Saturday's clash against Canberra.
Lisone is now clear to take his place for the Warriors in next Saturday's away game against last-placed Newcastle, who yesterday snapped an eight-match losing run with an upset 21-14 win over St George Illawarra.
The Warriors finals chances appear gone after the Sharks consigned them to a fourth straight loss to keep them down in 12th spot on the NRL ladder and six points outside the top eight with just five games remaining in the regular season.
