The Warriors have finally confirmed they'll be parting ways with half Nathan Fien and have announced they will not be signing him to a new contract for next season and he is free to negotiate with other clubs.
He has also been dropped for Sunday's NRL game against Canberra, with Joel Moon starting at stand off and Patrick Ah Van at centre.
Warriors captain Steve Price says it will be disappointing to see Fien leave the club. Price says while Fien has been at the club he has contributed massively, and there is plenty of time left in this season.
Coach Ivan Cleary has named a six man interchange bench this weekend.
The full starting line up is: Wade McKinnon, Denan Kemp, Patrick Ah Van, Jerome Ropati, Manu Vatuvei, Joel Moon, Stacey Jones, Sam Rapira, Ian Henderson, Steve Price, Simon Mannering, Jacob Lillyman, Micheal Luck.
The interchange bench is: Lance Hohaia, Russell Packer, Jesse Royal, Ben Matulino, Lewis Brown and Aaron Heremaia. (two to be omitted)
