Manu Vatuvei and Jerome Ropati will miss the Warriors' final NRL game of the season against Melbourne on Saturday night due to injury.
Vatuvei has a knee problem and Ropati has more shoulder trouble, so they will join Steve Price and Simon Mannering on the sidelines.
Patrick Ah Van moves into the centres to partner Lance Hohaia, with Aidan Kirk in for Vatuvei on the left wing.
Stacey Jones will play his 261st and last game in the NRL after 12 seasons with the Warriors.
Jones owns most of the clubs records, including most appearances, most points with 674 and most tries with 77.
Jacob Lillyman is the only player to have appeared in all 24 games this season.
