Warriors hooker Tevita Latu is the latest player from the frought rugby league club to face the ire of the NRL judiciary panel.
Latuhas been unsuccessful in contesting his grade five high tackle charge.
The Warriors sought to change the grading but have had their case dismissed by the NRL judiciary.
Latu will now sit out three matches.
If the Warriors had entered an early guilty plea, Tevita Latu would have been out for just two matches.
Latu will miss the team's upcoming matches against the Knights, Panthers and Sharks, and be eligible to return for the clash against the Roosters on May 15.
