KEY POINTS:
The Warriors league club is to follow NRL counterparts in promoting the sport at grass roots with a community carnival week. The club will join forces with the NRL and Auckland Rugby League to stage the six-day event in Auckland in February.
The carnival will begin on February 13 with the first of two days of coaching clinics at schools, shopping malls and league clubs. It will finish with an open day at Mt Smart Stadium on February 18.
