KEY POINTS:
It might not be the heady days of 30-thousand plus from 1995, but the Warriors are hoping to push towards a crowd of 20-thousand on Saturday.
They host the Gold Coast Titans in league's NRL at Mount Smart Stadium.
Warriors CEO Wayne Scurrah said they are confident of pushing above and beyond the 15-thousand mark at the very least, and getting close to their best crowd of this year, which was around 17-thousand in the second round.
Scurrah said pre-sales and season ticket holders see them well past the 10-thousand mark already so it has been going really well.
The Warriors twice eclipsed the 30-thousand mark in 1995, but ground reconfigurations have dropped the capacity into the 20-thousands.
The Warriors are fifth on the NRL table. The Titans are tenth, two points outside the top eight, and are coming off a win over the Tigers.
Scurrah added the Warriors desperately need to win this game, and the Titans have a strong team, so he is hoping for 15-thousand at least.
The biggest ever crowd attracted to a Warriors home game is just over 32-thousand, against Illawarra, in round six of the club';s inaugural year - 1995.
