League: Villasanti makes swift exit

Prop Richard Villasanti was yesterday released by the New Zealand Warriors after agreeing terms to join fellow National Rugby League (NRL) club Cronulla.

The 25-year-old leaves for Sydney immediately and is expected to be considered by the Sharks for their match against St George Illawarra on Sunday. Villasanti made 96 appearances for the Warriors in six seasons.
