KEY POINTS:
The return of Warriors captain Steve Price is the only change to the team beaten last weekend as they head for a tough assignment against the Sharks at Cronulla.
The Sharks have likewise named a team that includes their two State of Origin representatives who were unavailable last weekend but are little changed after victory over the Dragons on Monday night.
Paul Gallen faced a grade one careless high tackle charge for a hit on Ben Creagh during the Sharks' 20-16 win over the Dragons but escaped a ban because of a clear record.
Cronulla's Auckland-born prop, Phillip Leuluai, suffered a shoulder injury in that game and has been named on a five-man bench but must pass a fitness test. The Sharks will be hoping halfback and captain Brett Kimmorley and utility Greg Bird come through tonight's game for New South Wales without injury while the Warriors need the leadership of Price, who will link with the team in Sydney on Friday after his appearance for Queensland.
The Sharks beat the Warriors 22-20 at Mt Smart Stadium six rounds ago with a weakened team; that loss starting the Warriors' slide. They will take great confidence from that when playing at Cronulla on Saturday.
The Warriors' results are the same as they were at this stage last season - four wins and eight losses. They finished 2006 with eight wins from their last 12 matches. Similar returns will be needed if they are to stay in touch of the playoffs.
The Auckland Lions also field a largely unchanged line-up for their game as curtainraiser at Cronulla, captain Steve Buckingham and back rowers Sonny Fai, Scott Jones and Lui Toimoana having played in each of the side's 13 matches so far.
