Warriors forward Micheal Luck will escape penalty, despite being charged with a dangerous throw by the National Rugby League match review committee yesterday.
Luck was charged with a grade one dangerous throw on Roosters winger John Williams during Sunday's 31-31 draw.
He will escape suspension and take his place against Gold Coast in Auckland on Saturday if the Warriors enter an early guilty plea today.
