NRL league officials are looking in to some comments made post-game last Sunday by Warriors coach Tony Kemp.
Kemp accused match officials of killing the game against the Cowboys, which the Warriors lost 32-22.
NRL Operating Officer Graham Annesley said Kemp could speak his mind within reason as coaches are allowed to criticise, as long as their facts are substantiated.
However, he cannot cast aspersions on the integrity of the officials.
Annesley said he has not analysed Kemp's comments as yet, and until he has reviewed a video of the media conference he cannot say what action will be taken.
Meanwhile, Annesley said there is no videotape coverage of the fan who threw a bottle at referee Jason Robinson in the Rabbitohs v Canberra match on Monday.
Annesley said that without the footage, it is tough to track down the offender.
The Rabbitohs have appealed to their fans to give any information they can on the incident.
