Warriors' coach Andrew McFadden said on Saturday night that the diagnosis for the second rower "doesn't look good", after Henry was assisted from the field midway through the first half of yesterday's 34-26 loss to the West Tigers.
After he made a tackle, a Tigers player fell awkwardly on Henry's knee, leaving the Warriors second rower in obvious pain.
The initial diagnosis was quadriceps and kneecap damage.
It continues a horror run for the 24-year-old, who also suffered season-ending injuries in 2013 and 2015. He has endured two knee reconstructions in the past three years.
Henry was one of the Warriors most promising prospects after a successful NYC career, and showed his ability in 2012 playing in all 24 games in his rookie season. But he has only played 27 matches over the last three seasons and the latest injury throws his future into some doubt.
