KEY POINTS:
Roosters wing Shaun Kenny-Dowall will be the 13th player to make his Kiwis debut this year when he runs out against France in Paris on Sunday.
The 19-year-old from Auckland's North Shore scored eight tries in 14 games for the Roosters after making his NRL debut this year, was strong in the Junior Kiwis win over Australia in Wellington last month and subsequently earned a call-up for the tour to Britain and France.
He played on the right wing with credit in the All Golds game but this time is on the left, replacing Taniela Tuiaki who has a knee strain.
Kenny-Dowall is the only change to the run-on line-up after the third test loss to Great Britain, while half Thomas Leuluai comes back onto the bench after missing that game with a bruised thigh.
Not considered were Shontayne Hape (wrist), Tame Tupou (knee) and Epalahame Lauaki (knee), who has left the tour and is on his way home, possibly requiring minor surgery.
Leuluai comes onto the bench and so does David Faiumu as the Kiwis seek more ground-gain from dummy-half.
Kenny-Dowall will become Kiwi No 746. Krisnan Inu (Eels), Sam Rapira (Warriors) and Greg Eastwood (Broncos) all played their first test against Australia in April and Luke Covell (Sharks), Fuifui Moimoi (Eels), Jeff Lima (Storm), the Jeremy Smiths (one from Souths, the other from the Storm) and Tuiaki played against Australia in Wellington. Kenny-Dowall is the fourth the debut on the tour of Britain and France after Sam Perrett (Roosters), Epalahame Lauaki (Warriors) and Chase Stanley (Dragons).
French coach John Monie is expected to name his team overnight. He has an experienced squad to choose from, the bulk expected to come from Super League side Les Catalans Dragons, with former Warrior Justin Murphy on the right wing. Super League referee Ashley Klein is the whistler.
The Warriors have signed Masterton-born and Sydney-raised centre Ryan Shortland, 21, for one year with an option for a second.
Shortland played just one game for the Storm this season in round two before suffering a knee ligament tear while playing for Melbourne's feeder club Brisbane Norths. He has already joined pre-season training and completes the Warriors' roster for 2008.
