Michael Morgan and James Maloney will play for the Kangaroos in their match against New Zealand on Sunday.
Australian coach Mal Meninga confirmed Morgan will partner Johnathan Thurston in the halves while Maloney will start from the interchange bench for his second Test. Barring injury, Maloney will spend time in the halves, allowing Morgan to return to his roving role.
Cooper Cronk has been rested while Matt Moylan and Jake Friend are expected to drop off the extended interchange bench Meninga named earlier this week.
The Kangaroos will their captain's run at Ricoh Arena in Coventry today before facing New Zealand in the double header on Sunday morning.
