New Zealand rugby league coach Frank Endacott is confident Robbie Paul will recover from injury in time for the rugby league World Cup later this year.
The Bradford Bulls captain was hospitalised with two broken ribs and a suspected punctured lung after a big hit in yesterday's Super League match against Halifax.
It is feared Paul will miss the rest of the English season, but Endacott says latest reports indicate Paul's lung is not punctured and he should recover in time for the World Cup in October.
