Melbourne Storm responded to the Napier crowd's haka with one of their own.
Napier's McLean Park was hosting the Storm's game with St George Illawarra Dragons on Saturday where New Zealand hosted two NRL matches on the same day for the first time ever.
The packed crowd of 14,532 witnessed the Storm cruise to a 22-4 win and condemn the Dragons to their seventh consecutive defeat - a much happier trip to New Zealand than two weeks ago when they lost 28-14 to the Warriors.
The locals were thrilled at the rare chance they had of witnessing the NRL's finest in action and they led the celebrations with their own haka from the terraces.
Storm's players replied with their own version and the Napier crowd loved it.
