Former Wests Tigers playmaker Benji Marshall continues to keep rugby league fans guessing on his return to the NRL.
Marshall, after a brief and ill-fated stint with the Blues in Super Rugby, had been scheduled to appear on Thursday night on the Nine Network's Footy Show, but in a segment - recorded earlier in the day - he revealed he still had not decided on his next step in rugby league.
With offers on the table from St George Illawarra and Cronulla, the former New Zealand Test captain apologised for not appearing, saying he was still yet to reach a decision.
"As you can imagine, I've been pretty busy lately trying to find a new home for the next step of my career.
"Pretty excited to be back in Australia and can't wait to be back on (The Footy) show.
