The two-time Dally M medallist will use the tournament to gear up for his first full NRL campaign since signing with Gold Coast on a lucrative two-year deal.
The ex-Eels legend joined the club in August via stints in the NFL, with the San Francisco 49ers and with the Fiji rugby sevens.
Hayne said he was enjoying his time on the Gold Coast but that Parramatta and western Sydney would always be home.
The fullback made six appearances for the Titans in 2016, making 14 tackle breaks and scoring a clutch last-minute field goal against the Tigers.
"Being an adventurous person, it's always good to live in different cities and travel the world, experience different things," Hayne said.
"There's a lot of guys who are from out of town as well, so it was really easy to fit in and the guys really accepted me."
Head coach Neil Henry said Hayne's experience in the sevens format would serve him well at Eden Park.
His side would be fit and firing after four months of pre-season, starting in mid-November.
"He tried his hand at sevens to try and get over to the Olympics, and he'll be no stranger to playing that style of footy," Henry said.
"Barring injury, Jarryd will be one of the first players picked."
Hayne's Australian compatriots kick off their Four Nations campaign on Friday night against Scotland, hoping to snatch back the trophy from the Kiwis.
Hayne, who made 11 appearances for the Kangaroos, four for Fiji and 20 for New South Wales, said he'd be watching the tournament with interest.
He hoped to be available for representative selection in 2017 with the World Cup around the corner.
"The final's at Anfield this year, that's so exciting," Hayne said.
"Those are experiences you can't buy."
Henry said fellow Titans guns Ash Taylor and Kane Elgey would also be made available for the tournament.
