The Warriors preparations for Saturday night's showdown with the Brisbane Broncos have been unsettled by a training injury to fullback Sam Tomkins.
Tomkins left training early when he was forced from the park clutching his hip-flexor. Warriors staff assisted him to a cart and transported him to the sheds.
"I'm not sure he just walked off the field. He just tightened up a bit after the speed session but hopefully it's just mild tightness," said coach Andrew McFadden.
Winger David Fusitu'a filled in at fullback for the remainder of the session and looms as the likely replacement should Tomkins be ruled out but McFadden was not committal.
"We'll get to that. We haven't decided yet," he said.
