Utility back Geoff Daniela will return to Penrith after two years with NRL rivals the Wests Tigers.
Daniela has signed a two-year deal with the Panthers, who he previously played with between 2007-09.
"It's good to get the opportunity to return home," the Penrith junior said.
"I'm looking forward to the upcoming season and the challenges ahead.
"It's a real bonus to be able to play under (incoming) coach Ivan Cleary, given what he's been able to achieve this year at the Warriors."
