South Sydney halfback Adam Reynolds is set to play in Thursday night's crucial NRL clash with the Canterbury Bulldogs after being cleared of a hamstring injury.
Reynolds limped from the field late in Saturday's 22-10 loss to North Queensland at ANZ Stadium, with team officials fearing the worst.
But scans on Sunday came back free of injury, and the Rabbitohs'high performance manager, Troy Thomson, said he was free to play this week.
"With his history and the hamstring troubles he's had, we obviously all thought the worst there to start off with," he told the club's website.
"But it's probably just a bit of a spasm coming from his back.
