"I want to play alongside all the big names to showcase my talent. That's when I made my decision. I want to play in the top game at the top level. I want to be at a level that people can see around the world.
"Everyone wants to play for Australia. I was emotional (when told he had been chosen), I couldn't describe how I felt when they announced my name. I am very blessed, sometimes I think I have been dreaming about this. I need to work hard. I can't wait to get on the field."
To be Fiji's best, Radradra would have to surpass the likes of Jarryd Hayne, Petero Civoniceva and Lote Tuqiri.
And Radradra is ready to kickstart his Aussie Test career by playing with champions like Johnathan Thurston, Paul Gallen, Greg Inglis and Cam Smith.
"All these players here (in camp) have been my idols since I started playing league. I'm pretty exciting to be playing with them. Be a good experience for me," Radradra said. "I can't wait to play (on the same side as Inglis). It will be the first time I have played alongside him. It will be special, we need to get a combination and hopefully we get along good."
Radradra attracted some criticism for his surprise selection but the giant Eels winger reckon Fijians would support him.
"Everyone back home, they support whatever decision you make. If you're Fijian, you're Fijian, they support you with everything," he said. "People back home support me for playing this week. I just called my family, that's all. They're pretty excited. They said they support me in whatever decision I make and the blessing is with you."
Asked did he feel some fans back home may be disappointed with the decision, Radradra said: "I don't know, I don't know.
"If I wasn't picked then I would still do what I do best at club level and probably one day I would come play for Australia. I know I can't play Origin, that's I want to play for Australia to showcase my talent. If I get picked for the World Cup, it would be a good thing for me. "
