Melbourne front-rower Jesse Bromwich is facing a lengthy ban after he was charged with biting by the NRL match review committee.
Bromwich was hit with a dangerous contract charge and has been referred directly to the NRL judiciary.
He was accused by St George Illawarra fullback Josh Dugan of biting down on his arm during the Storm's 22-4 win on Saturday.
Dugan got up angrily and remonstrated with the on-field referees, pointing to his right arm where he was alleged to have been bitten.
Canterbury prop James Graham was rubbed out for 12 weeks for a similar incident in the 2012 grand final when he bit the Storm's Billy Slater.
