Manly have tied down promising Kiwi forward Addin Fonua-Blake until the end of the 2018 season.
The 21-year-old impressed in 14 games during his rookie NRL season last year, playing mostly off the bench, before starting the final four games in the front row.
He is also considered a future New Zealand representative, after also catching the eye of then-Kiwis coach Stephen Kearney, who included Fonua-Blake in his Four Nations train-on squad late last year.
"The contract extension is a good reward for Addin," said Sea Eagles coach Trent Barrett. "He still has a lot of work to do, but we were happy to extend his deal."
Fonua-Blake is tipped to come off the bench behind starters Nate Myles and Darcy Lussick.
