Krisnan Inu's unhappy time with the Warriors has come to an end with the 25-year-old granted a release to join the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs until the end of 2015.
The mercurial utility is one of the most naturally talented players in the game but has constantly battled questions about his work ethic and the number of errors he makes.
Inu was under contract with the Warriors until the end of 2013 but the Warriors have agreed to let him go immediately and he could be available to play for the Bulldogs against the Roosters on Monday.
"The Bulldogs have sought an immediate release due to an injury crisis among their wingers,'' Warriors chief executive wayne Scurrah said. "While Krisnan still has the rest of this season and 2013 to run on his contract, we've agreed to let him go now.
"Kris has made a big contribution to the club on and off the field and leaves with our best wishes for the future.''
