Kieran Foran has reportedly agreed to a revised NRL contract with Parramatta that is closely tied to Brad Arthur remaining as coach.
Foran has committed for two years from next season - with options for a third and fourth season in his favour - according to News Corp Australia on Thursday.
The Manly five-eighth's move to the Eels from 2016 was jeopardised recently when Parramatta officials wanted to change some details of his four-year deal negotiated while former chief executive Scott Seward was at the club.
Most significantly, the Eels wanted to scrap a controversial $1 million get-out clause payable to Foran if he chose to exit the club.
The new contract is believed to only include a get-out clause if Arthur is sacked by the Eels.
