Adam Blair remains coy about his playing future beyond this year, with the Kiwis second-rower expected to leave the Storm at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old is one of the hottest properties on the market and many clubs have expressed an interest in signing a player who has already played 22 tests for his country.
The Storm have expressed their interest in keeping Blair in Melbourne but it's becoming increasingly likely he will head to a Sydney club in 2012.
Australian reports last month claimed Blair, who has been with the Storm since his teens, had been offered A$1.5 million over three years to join Wests Tigers.
"It goes away and comes back again," Blair said in relation to the offers and counter-offers. "We're trying to get it sorted ASAP so I can get on with my career for whoever I go to. I'd like to be able to tell Melbourne what's going on.
"I'd love to stay but the reality is I might have to move. I just hope they can do something for me."
He backed up for the Storm against the Broncos last night, despite going into the Anzac test under a huge injury cloud after rolling his ankle in the build-up.
Blair iced and compressed the injury every 20 minutes between 7.30am and 11pm in the two days before the test in a desperate effort to play.
