NRL: Centre out after head injury

Raiders' Joel Thompson is out of tonight's NRL match with Penrith at Centrebet Stadium after the centre suffered a head wound in last weekend's loss to Gold Coast.

Thompson, who was rushed to hospital early Sunday morning after his partner found him unconscious, still has low haemoglobin levels.
