South Sydney forward Sam Burgess has been ruled out of next month's NRL All Stars match.
The Rabbitohs don't think he has recovered sufficiently from an ankle injury.
Burgess endured a torrid 2011 campaign, injuring his shoulder in the season opener and then sustaining a season-ending ankle injury that required surgery in May.
