Anthony Laffranchi will leave NRL club the Gold Coast Titans to join Super League side St Helens next year.
Off contract at the end of the season, Laffranchi said yesterday he had signed a lucrative two-year deal with the English team.
Laffranchi, who won a premiership with Wests Tigers in 2005, is sidelined with an ankle injury.
His arrival at St Helens will help offset the loss of James Graham, who will head to Australia next year to play with the Bulldogs.
