As NSW's most experienced player, much is expected of gun fullback Jarryd Hayne.
The Parramatta star is just 25 years old, but with 16 Origins to his name he's one of only two Blues in the current squad, along with skipper Paul Gallen, to have cracked double digits in rugby league's toughest arena.
And as the only multiple Brad Fittler medal winner, awarded to the best NSW player of a series, Hayne has proven he's done it before.
Despite the at times unacceptable form of his Eels this season, Hayne has been a shining light - dominating in attack but more impressively in defence.
It's the sort of form that has former Parramatta and NSW back-rower Nathan Hindmarsh convinced Hayne is primed for a big series.
