Warriors prop Toafofoa Sipley has been spared from suspension despite being charged for a chicken-wing tackle on Sydney Roosters forward Kane Evans.
Sipley, playing just his second NRL game in Sunday's gritty 12-10 win at Mt Smart Stadium, was cited after wrenching Evans' arm in the second-half.
However the grade one dangerous contact charge attracts just 75 penalty points with an early guilty plea, meaning Sipley will be available for Saturday's away clash with second-placed Cronulla.
The Warriors head to Sydney looking to continue their mid-season revival after three consecutive wins over Brisbane, Newcastle and the Roosters.
The high-flying Sharks are unbeaten at home this season adn are enjoying a 10-match winning run.
