The Warriors 2016 recruitment plans continue to evolve but the club denies reports they are looking to sign Kangaroos forward Nate Myles.
A story out of Sydney today has the Warriors in a bidding war for Myles' services along with his current club, the Gold Coast Titans, and the Penrith Panthers, but managing director Jim Doyle said the 29-year-old Queensland representative is not on the club's radar.
"We are not chasing Myles and have not made any offer," Doyle told the Herald via text message this morning.
Doyle told reporters on Friday the Warriors still have room under the salary cap even after signing both Issac Luke and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, with the early release of Sam Tomkins having freed up money to cover the Kiwis test fullback's arrival.
"We got Roger who is replacing Sam [Tomkins], so really, one player in and one player out, there's no salary cap difference," Doyle said.
