League: Tri-Nations test to be in Sydney

October's transtasman Tri-Nations league test will be held at Sydney's Telstra Stadium, the ARL said yesterday.

The test will be played on the weekend of October 15-16, a fortnight after the NRL grand final is played at the same venue.

The Tri-Nations continues with a return match in Auckland on October 21-22 before both sides head to England for two tests against Great Britain, culminating with a November 16 final between the two leading teams.
