KEY POINTS:
Former New Zealand A rugby league coach Gerard Stokes is celebrating an out-of-court settlement after his dismissal as head coach of Workington Town in Britain in April.
"This proves I'm innocent," Stokes said. Club officials fired Stokes, claiming gross misconduct.
He had been accused of intimidating, bullying and abusively threatening a fan of a rival team in February.
After its investigation the Rugby Football League ruled that Stokes had no case to answer.
