KEY POINTS:
Some of the biggest names in New Zealand and Australian rugby league will prepare the All Golds and New Zealand Maori teams for their match in New Plymouth on October 12.
Kiwis legend and current national coach Stephen Kearney has been named as the All Golds head coach as he looks to use the match to help in the Kiwis' buildup to the World Cup.
The Kiwis will play Tonga in a one-off test in Auckland on October 18 before leaving for Australia to prepare for their opening World Cup match against the Kangaroos in Sydney on October 26.
Kearney, who played 45 tests from 1993-2004, will have 1994-2000 Kiwis coach Frank Endacott as his technical adviser with the All Golds while Peter Leitch will be team manager.
The head trainer is Dayne Norton, who has worked extensively with both the Kiwis and the New Zealand Warriors while the assistant trainer is another Kiwis legend in Quentin Pongia.
Luke Goodwin is to coach New Zealand Maori.
Son of St George legend Ted Goodwin, he played for New Zealand Maori at the 2000 World Cup and carved out a National Rugby League (NRL) career with four clubs from 1992-1997 before playing in the English Super League.
Richie Blackmore, a 25-test Kiwis international from 1991-1998, is Goodwin's assistant.
Also on board with New Zealand Maori as a coaching adviser is Chris Anderson, who had an outstanding record coaching the Kangaroos as well as guiding Melbourne to their NRL grand final victory in 1999.
