Kiwis forward Sonny Bill Williams has been named Newcomer of the Year at the International Rugby League Awards dinner in Leeds, England.
Williams won the award after a memorable season with the Bulldogs, who won the National Rugby League (NRL) grand final.
It led to the 19-year-old being picked for his Kiwis debut for the Tri-Nations series.
The major honours went to Great Britain captain Andy Farrell and coach Brian Noble.
Farrell, who will lead Great Britain in Sunday's Tri-Nations final against Australia, clinched the Golden Boot award for the game's leading player.
Noble, who is in his first season in charge of the team, was named International Coach of the Year.
Farrell won the best player title ahead of Kangaroos Shane Webcke and 2003 winner Darren Lockyer, and becomes only the second Briton after Ellery Hanley to win the award.
Lockyer was named International Back of the Year, ahead of Kangaroos teammate Anthony Minichiello.
