KEY POINTS:
Kiwis league international David Faiumu has fallen foul of the law in Queensland.
The 24-year-old has has been charged with grievous bodily harm after an alleged altercation with a 23-year-old man in Rockhampton late last year.
It is understood Faiumu will appear in a Townsville court on January 22nd.
