Greg Inglis has sounded an ominous warning to NSW by claiming he is in the best form of his life less than a month from the State of Origin opener on June 5.
The South Sydney fullback was almost unplayable on Friday as he chalked up four tries in his side's 54-10 demolition of Wests Tigers to help the Rabbitohs maintain their lead at the top of the NRL ladder.
It was the first time the Queensland superstar had scored four times in a game and the 26-year-old credited the Souths coaching staff for helping him to add consistency to his array of talents.
"I've not played this well week in week out in my career," Inglis said.
"Early in my career my form was a bit like a roller coaster, up and down.
