KEY POINTS:
Great Britain rugby league coach Tony Smith today included two uncapped players as he reduced his squad for the first test against the Kiwis to 20.
Teenager Sam Burgess and former Samoa rugby representative Maurie Fa'asavalu are in line to make their debut at Huddersfield on Sunday (NZ time).
For Burgess, 18, running out for the Lions would cap a notable season in which the Bradford prop won the Super League's Young Player of the Year award.
Last weekend, he was voted man of the match for the Northern Union in their defeat to the New Zealand All Golds at Warrington.
Fellow forward Fa'asavalu, 27, is one of seven St Helens players in the squad.
Samoan-born Fa'asavalu, who represented Samoa at the 2003 rugby World Cup, qualifies for Great Britain through residency, having spent the past four years with the Saints.
