Former Queensland State of Origin representative Nathan Fien was today included in an initial 19-man train-on squad for the Kiwis' defence of their Tri-Nations rugby league crown.
Fien, 27, is one of 11 New Zealand Warriors in the squad, from which the New Zealand A side will also be drawn.
Other players will be added as clubs are eliminated from the National Rugby League and the British Super League competitions.
