Top four challengers Pukekohe and Ellerslie meet this Saturday in a match where the loser will likely forfeit a chance at promotion and the winner will stay alive heading into the final round of the regular season next week.
The Pythons kept themselves in the race last week with a 37-36 victory over the previously unbeaten Bay Roskill Vikings, while Ellerslie powered past Hibiscus Coast 44-12.
