Auckland lock Andrew Van der Heijden will appear at a judicial hearing tomorrow charged with alleged stamping during his team's national provincial championship rugby match against Wellington in Auckland last Saturday.
The 26-year-old was cited by citing commissioner Mike O'Leary for allegedly stamping on the head of Wellington prop Neemia Tialata in the sixth minute of the game.
Auckland won the match 21-15.
New Zealand Rugby Union judicial officer Peter Hobbs will hear the charge against Van der Heijden in Wellington.
