English club Leicester have confirmed the signing of New Zealand lock Mike Fitzgerald.
The Manawatu and Chiefs lock announced in March he is to leave at the end of the Super Rugby season but didn't specify which club.
The 28-year-old won titles with the Chiefs in 2012 and 2013.
The club will be coached next year by current Crusaders assistant coach Aaron Mauger.
They have also contracted Blues flanker Brendon O'Connor and this week announced the signing of New Zealand-born Waratahs wing Peter Betham.
