Dan Carter may find himself facing the All Blacks in his very first year of his stint in France.
Carter will join Racing Metro in 2016, with the French club set to open a brand new 350 million Euro stadium in November that year.
Racing Metro media officer Ian Borthwick says they're looking to confirm a match against the All Blacks as part of the stadium's opening.
He says they're looking at an opening weekend of major proportions, with a game against the All Blacks, and the next day a Rolling Stones concert.
