Former Auckland schoolboy sensation Taniela Tupou has been ruled out of tonight's Bledisloe Cup test - which would have been his first clash against the All Blacks.
The Reds prop and former Sacred Heart College student has suffered a hamstring injury and has been replaced on the bench by Jermaine Ainsley, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Ainsley, a prop for the Melbourne Rebels, is New Zealand born and raised and attended Otago Boys' High School. He is set to make his Wallabies debut.
It's a second front row injury for the Wallabies on the eve of the Bledisloe Cup and Rugby Championship opener after Scott Sio was ruled out with a shoulder injury.
