Rugby: Beale pleads not guilty

Australian rugby international Kurtley Beale entered a not guilty plea to a charge of assault when he appeared in a Sydney court yesterday.

The five-eighths was charged with the offence last December after an incident at a family birthday party.

The case has been adjourned until February 5.
